Piko Maintenance: Upcoming Updates & Actions

We’re excited to share that we’re performing maintenance on our Cloud backend to enhance our services.

Here’s the schedule for the planned updates:

• Thursday, Dec 19, 2024 - updating Relay Servers by regions and re-routing traffic
• Monday, Dec 23, 2024: - 5:30 PM PST - Confirming that the traffic is fully migrated from old Relay Servers
• Monday, Dec 23, 2024: 5:40 PM PST - Disabling old Relay Servers

What’s Happening?

We’ll be updating Relay Servers across all regions to improve reliability and performance. As part of this process:

1. New Relay Servers will be added region by region.
2. Traffic will be re-routed to these upgraded servers.

Wildcard Recommendations

If you are using wildcard entries, no action is required, as this update will not impact your system.
For optimal connectivity, we recommend wildcard whitelisting with the following:

For systems that cannot support wildcards, please apply the individual Fully Qualified Domain Names (FQDNs) listed below.

To ensure a smooth transition, please add the following FQDNs to your firewall configurations. Communication will occur over ports 443 and 3345, using TCP/UDP protocols:
